S & H Property Services LTD offices are based in Romford Essex, manned by a small team of polite and helpful staff.  We have been established since 2011, and during that time, we have built up a vast client base, and become an approved contractor for many companies to including NHS and Kiers.

We deliver a variety of services from the smallest of repairs e,g ease and adjust a door/ minor decorations to the more severe and complex of cases, e.g Fire Damage etc. 

Our operatives will cover a vast area to include Postcodes RM /CM / SS / IG / DA / CO / and majority of the E postcodes.

Once on site our uniformed operatives offer a professional and friendly service, taking on board the needs of the residents/clients, whilst completing works to a high standard and displaying great attention to detail, all within the time schedule that has been agreed.

 

As a company we possess the following SSIP Accreditations:

• CHAS

• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training System)

• IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)

• All of our operatives hold a valid CSCS card.

• We also carry a Waste Disposal Licence and Vehicle.

• UKATA (UK Asbestos Training Awareness)
